I accept payment in full via PayPal and money order. Payment is expected within three days of committing to buy. After that time I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item. Verified PayPal members have confirmed their financial identity by successfully completing PayPal's Verification process. The Verification process is a way for PayPal to gain additional proof of a member's identity in conjunction with our own authentication methods, and increases the security of our payment network for everyone.
Shipping

Most items ship 2-3 days after payment clears, unless it is the weekend, or a holiday, and the post office is closed. Buyers pay the shipping, Delivery Confirmation and Insurance charges. That said, trying to figure out a sane way of calculating shipping, combing shipping, etc, was giving me a rash. So now I charge a flat rate and hopefully we are all happy. I use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance for all items EXCEPT Talking Boards. Due to size & weight, Talking Boards are usually shipped via Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. If you need something faster I can overnight it - just remember, there will be an appropriate increase in shipping charges - contact me first before purchasing. I can ship your order internationally - contact me before purchasing to make shipping arrangements as the rates can be considerably higher for some countries. Also, international orders will be responsible for VAT/GST, Import Fees, Customs Fees, Luxury Taxes, etc. that may be required by your country upon delivery. Check with your postal service and/or appropriate government agency for more information before ordering. Being a tree hugger type I will use recycled packing materials when available.

IMPORTANT: Shipping will be made to the address specified by Paypal. If you need your item(s) shipped to another address (work address or to somebody else as a gift) within the USA, send me a convo with the details. I will include a gift note for you free-of-charge!

Shipping Returns: You pay the shipping charges for the item you are returning (thank you for using Delivery Confirmation & Insurance - I will not be held responsible if you do not insure your return and it goes missing) and I will pay to ship the replacement item to you. No CODs.
Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your item you may return it for another item of equal or lesser value within 15 days of receipt. All items must be returned unused and in saleable condition. Generally, I do not give cash refunds - contact me first before returning your item to discuss options. After 15 days (from receipt) ALL sales are final.

NOTE: The Talking Boards and Pendulum Boards are not mass produced and any imperfections are characteristic of being made by hand. Returns will not be accepted because of this - examine the photos of the board you are interested in closely before you place your order. Contact me if you require higher resolution images before purchase and I will happily email them to you. Also, returns will not be accepted because you are not satisfied with your 'answers' or you do not receive any 'answers'. Clothing items are not mass produced and any irregularities are characteristic of being made by hand. Follow all care instructions - no returns will be accepted due to negligent care.

Guarantee

Should any garment made by me suffer a 'structural defect' during ordinary and normal wear and care during the first year, such as a seam gives way, hem comes out, trim comes off, etc - contact me immediately! The garment will be repaired at no charge (shipping arrangements will be the same as for returns - see above). I guarantee the quality of my work. There may be times (it has happened only once so far) when my fabric selection is less than perfect and causes garment damage. In either case, the garment will be repaired at no charge. If I deem the damage too severe to repair, a replacement item of equal or greater value will be sent.

Important

All items are from a smoke-free, cat, dog and fish owned home. Clothing items are washed in Charlie's Soap after being modeled by a human or other living thing, then packaged so as to reduce exposure to allergens. That said, the cat thinks he owns the studio. If you have allergies I suggest you wash your clothing item before wearing.
